We are a small scale Grade A Dairy in Carrollton, Ga. There are just the 2 of us here that does all the day to day operations. Myself Daniel Young and Vlad Saprygin. We milk about 35 does and make artisan goat cheese. We have plain chevre along with a variety of sweet and savory flavors. We also do feta that comes in plain or can be purchased marinated in olive oil and herbs. This marinated feta comes in 6oz. glass jars. They are wonderful to eat, but also make beautiful gifts as well. As I said above, we are a Grade A establishment that is inspected by the State regularly. Our Label is also approved from the Ga Dept of Agriculture to sell our Grade A products. Feel free to call me if you have further questions
